Yes. Excel, CSV or a plain list will do. We can price the component side without Gerbers; if you want the boards built too, send the Gerbers later.

Yes. Missing manufacturer part numbers, inconsistent spellings, rows entered in different formats — we clean the list up. Where a part number is missing we match on description, value and footprint, then send it back for your approval. There is no need to tidy it first.

Yes. HQOnline’s search works on the specification as well as the part number: type ‘22K 0603 1%’ straight into the search box and it lists everything matching in stock. On most component sites you either need the exact manufacturer part number or you work down a tree of category filters. When the schematic has a value but no part chosen yet, this skips that step entirely — and it makes hunting for alternates just as quick.

We start the moment your list reaches us and come back as fast as we can. How long that takes depends on the length of the list and how much of it is in stock; price, stock status and lead time arrive together. No form to fill in and no waiting for a callback.

We source from HQOnline's authorised channel stock. Counterfeit or non-conforming parts are the biggest risk in this business, so we only go to the broker market when we have to — and we tell you when we do.

No. Both are included in the price. We invoice inside Türkiye and answer inside Türkiye, so the customs and language burden of buying direct does not land on you.
